Figurative Language

Figurative language is language that has two meanings.  The language means what the words actually say this is the literal meaning.  The languae also what the words are expressing and want the reader to understand.  This is the figurative meaning.

A Metaphor is a comparison of two unlike objects not  using the words like or as.
