2. On your website, create a page with the title of the problem you are investigating. On that page, explain what problem you chose, what the problem is about, and why you chose this problem.

2. On your website, write down what your problem is, where it occurs, how it occurs, when it occurs, and the problems that it causes. Include as much information as you can and some pictures to help explain your problem.

Step 3 What has the government done?:
1. Log onto this website http://legiscan.com/gaits/search.. This website has a list of all of the legislation that was passed in the last year in Maryland.
2. Use the search tool to find a legislation that occurred on your topic.
3. Read the legislation. On your page write
-the name of the legislation
-what it did
-if it passed and became law
- if you think this was a good piece of legislation and why
-include at least one quotation in your answer.

Step 4 Economic Impact:
1. Economy is how money is used to buy and sell things. Most things in life have both a postive and a negative affect on the economy.
2. Think about your problem. What are some of the negative and what are some of the positive effects of this problem on Maryland's economy? Write these down on your website. Here are some websites to help you. Use a quotation in your answer.

3. Now think about the legislaton that you wrote about before. What do you think are some of the negative and positive effects of this legislation on Maryland's economy?
Step 5 What do we do?:
1. What can we do. As students and citizens of Maryland what can we do to adress this issue?
2. Create a list of at least four different ideas for what we may be able to do. List these on your website.
3. Talk to the students and teacher in the class and ask them what they think of your ideas. Record their input on your site.
